How To Fight The Battle In Your Mind

As ladies, we should check up on each other's mental state. You never know what's going on with someone mentally. In the previous post, I would say that people can break you down with their words but you can hurt yourself even more with your own thoughts. These past few weeks I have been feeling lost and broken. I felt like everything I was doing was wrong. I stopped doing things that I love to do because I thought someone else could do it better. I just shut down everything and everyone. I was angry at the most stupid things. I was frustrated every day, trying to find something that could complete me. I took a pause on the blog thinking that I wasn't helping anybody, so why keep putting my energy towards it. I wanted to stay home in my room all the time because that's my safe haven. I wasn't talking to anyone about what was going on with me mentally. I had many chances to talk to my family, but I don't think I was yet aware of what was happening. Ladies, we should be able to speak up, without feeling defeated. Everybody copes in different ways. But the wrong type of coping is using drugs, drinking, or suicide. We should always help each other so it doesn't lead up to the wrong type of coping. Most of the time we say we are "fine" or "ok" knowing that there is something really wrong. We should try to be open to the right people so we can be helped. We should never be afraid to express how we feel to someone. Sometimes we see that someone is depressed and we ignore it. Do not ignore the signs when you see that someone is down. Once you recognize the signs, you can prevent bad things from happening. It's not okay to bottle up all your feelings inside, it can kill you mentally and physically. Open up to someone you feel comfortable around and express how you feel mentally. Don't let negative thoughts control your life. Be bigger than the negative thoughts in your head. Be true and love yourself!💓💓
